Michelle Jean C. Batinga

Michelle Jean C. Batinga is the chairperson of Buklod Association and is also the local facilitator assisting the community group of Tanglaw. She is a mother of one and a homemaker. Michelle is coordinating a new project, “Initiative on Making Anti-Covid-9 Kits for Enhanced Protection and Health”, that trains selected leaders from ten community organizations to collaborate and produce anti-COVID-19 kits.

The project, “Initiative on Making Anti-Covid-9 Kits for Enhanced Protection and Health”,  trains selected leaders from ten community organizations to collaborate and produce anti-COVID-19 kits which include face shields, face masks, hand sanitizer, and soap among other items. Community leaders are training families within their communities and will expand to other villages afterwards. Aside from enhanced protection from COVID-19, the training could result in improved livelihood for some families.
