Rugby New Jersey is charged with growing and developing youth rugby. We are sanctioned by USA Rugby and incorporate the values of World Rugby - Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline and Respect in every aspect of the game on and off the field.

Today's youth need a place where they can grow with confidence. Our youth programs start at age 5, with flag rugby. Children progress through the tackle game until they are 19 years old. One NJ native, Tess, started playing rugby when she was 4 years old in New Jersey. At 21 she represented the USA on the 2017 World Cup team that competed in Ireland. She was strengthened by rugby and its values. She utilizes the character values of rugby in her life as a student nurse, collegiate player, mentor to younger players and when representing the USA. She has shared her story from "Owl to Eagle" and the unforgettable opportunity the game gave her to many athletes. She gives her time to Penn State's Thon and her home town Youth Rugby Team the Denville Dawgs.

She is living the Rugby Values. Are you willing to help give the game to others so they can benefit as Tess has? #GivingTuesday is your chance.
