#GivingTuesday can be a whirlwind, over before you realized it started. That's why this year we leveraged #GivingTuesday to engage our audience in a giving narrative to last until December 31st.

Starting December 1st, we shared an inspiring story from a homeless neighbor each week paired with a campaign for a need like housing or health care. Through the power of storytelling, we were able to engage our current donor base and a new donor base. The landing page with a new featured story each week creates returning visitors who were eager to share with their own network - and also give with all donations matched by sponsoring partners.

By leveraging storytelling we had the opportunity to reach out to our community with fresh content and a new ask each week. Bigger than that, we succeeded in educating and raising awareness about homelessness.

We still have just under two weeks left - and are looking forward to the final results.
