Retailer Aims to Raise Additional Funds During the Month of December

 

Houston, TX (November 24, 2015) – Charming Charlie, the rapidly growing women’s contemporary jewelry and accessory retailer, today announced it donated more than $3.7M of product to women in need through its charitable giving partnership with the nonprofit organization K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers. Over 260,000 pieces were recently given away to various community partners aiding women impacted by poverty and tragedy across the country in an effort to bring happiness and hope during the holidays.

On December 1st , #GivingTuesday, Charming Charlie will host a special shopping event from 5 – 8pm at its New York City flagship to help raise additional monetary support for the organization. Lifestyle blogger Kimberly Smith of Penny Pincher Fashion will host the celebration, while customers can shop for a good case with 10% of the evening’s proceeds going back to K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers.
